Sillian is a village, in Tyrol, Austria.. The weather in Sillian is extremely changeable due to its location, and it can quickly change from warm and balmy to sub-zero. Sillian (1103 m) is the centre of the East Tyrolean “Hochpustertal”.

Sillian lies between the famous South Tyrolean Dolomites and the Lienzer Dolomites. Sillian has a population of about 2.000 and is the largest place between Lienz and Bruneck.
